We’re Hiring: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

We're looking for an individual to support our (Dubai/Riyadh) office, to help strengthen client partnerships and drive business growth. If you excel at relationship-building, problem-solving, and strategic thinking, I would love to hear from you.

As a team of 250 dedicated professionals, we create inspiring learning communities from; nurseries, schools and universities that shape the next generation of learners. We believe that well-designed learning environments foster creativity, collaboration, and growth, and we take pride in delivering solutions that make a lasting impact on tomorrow’s education.
What You’ll Do:
Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships
Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions
Work closely with design and sales teams to bring educational spaces to life
Identify new opportunities for business growth
Ensure our CRM systems are efficient and well-managed
Data and research-driven objectives
Who You Are:
A skilled communicator who thrives on building relationships
Passionate about education, design, and innovation
A strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset
Critical thinking is a must, resourceful and able to anticipate client needs
Proactive, and able to manoeuvre ambiguity
Driven to grow both personally and professionally
Basic Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer relationship management, business development, or a related field
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related discipline (preferred but not mandatory)
Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven decision-making
Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
Experience in the education, design, or architecture industry is a plus
Occasional travel
