Our Project Managers sit at the heart of everything we do — connecting clients, designers, suppliers, and contractors to turn ideas into inspiring spaces. You’ll manage multiple projects simultaneously, translating client visions into clear, actionable plans. From planning and budgeting to site coordination and handover, you’ll champion quality, creativity, and attention to detail — ensuring every project is delivered on time, on budget, and with WOW.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

• 0–2 years’ experience in project management (interior design, architecture, or furniture sectors preferred).

 • Knowledge of local regulations, safety standards, and building codes is a strong advantage.

Project Coordinator
- KSA

We are seeking a Project Coordinator based in Saudi Arabia to support our educational design and furniture projects across the Kingdom.

Our Project Coordinators play a vital role in bringing projects to life — supporting Project Managers with BOQs, costing, procurement documentation, and project schedules to ensure every detail is accurate, organised, and aligned with client expectations. You’ll coordinate between design, procurement, and site teams to keep timelines on track, maintain documentation, and help deliver projects that reflect Kidzink standards of quality and creativity.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, Interior Design, or related field.

• 0–2 years’ experience in project coordination, costing, or administrative support (design, construction, or furniture industry preferred).

•Ability to read design drawings and basic knowledge of construction/interior design is an advantage.

Sales & Marketing Lead
- UAE

We’re looking for a builder — someone entrepreneurial, creative, and commercially sharp. As the Sales & Marketing Lead, you’ll drive Klean’s pilot and rollout across UAE schools and partners, helping shape its growth strategy and future ventures. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll have the autonomy to make things happen and see the results of your work.

• Entrepreneurial and self-driven: You spot opportunities early and act decisively to make them real.

• Adaptive and solutions-focused: You thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

• Commercially sharp: You balance creativity with a clear sense of what drives results.

• Connector and communicator: You build relationships and tell stories that inspire action.

• Mission-led: You care about sustainability, design, and creating products that make a difference.

Graphic Designer

We are seeking Graphic Designers based in Riyadh, KSA to support our growing creative and project teams across the Kingdom.

Our Graphic Designers play a key role in bringing ideas to life — creating high-quality visuals across print and digital formats that reflect Kidzink | Koda’s distinctive design identity. You’ll collaborate with architects, project teams, and marketing to produce clear, compelling, and visually engaging materials that communicate our story with creativity, precision and WOW.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.

• 1–3 years’ experience in graphic design (experience in architecture, interiors, or creative industries preferred).

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative capabilities and attention to detail.
